Too VFD-EL drives have an integrated EMI filter and are available with 1x230 V AC power supply with power from 0.2 kW to 2.2 kW, three-phase power supply 3 x 400 V AC with outputs from 0.4 kW to 3.7 kW. They are designed primarily for conveyor, fan and pump drives. Interesting are the compact design and the low price. They have six digital inputs, one digital relay output, one analog input and one analogue output. Their software is mainly focused on applications in pumping and fan technology. VFD-E drives are supplied in the power range of 400 W to 2.2 kW with 1x230 V AC and 0.4 kW to 22 kW with 3x400 V AC power supply with an integrated EMI filter and a braking transistor. This type of frequency inverter has integrated PLCs fully programmable in line schematics or instruction sheet with the ability to enter up to 500 instructions. The frequency converter is equipped with six freely programmable digital inputs, has two digital outputs (one relay and one transistor), two analogue inputs and one analogue output. It is suitable for conveyors, pumps and fans, as well as winders, unwinders, extruders and crane runs. Includes one slot for the expansion card. The VFD-CP2000 frequency inverters have been developed to control the pumps and fans, with a 3 x 400 V AC three-phase power supply ranging from 0.7 kW to 400 kW. These frequency inverters have ten freely programmable digital inputs, three digital relay outputs, two analog inputs and two analogue outputs. They are equipped with powerful PLCs for programming up to 10,000 instructions,
The VFD-C2000 frequency inverters represent the industry leading edge in Delta Electronics. They are produced with a supply voltage of 3x400V AC and power from 0.7 kW to 355 kW. Built-in PLCs can program up to 10,000 instructions. Up to 30 kW have a network filter and a braking transistor as standard. The VFD-C2000 can be used to control crushers, calenders, lifting devices, winders, unwinders, and positioning systems. They enable the connection of synchronous servomotors and very precise torque control in the motor feedback circuit.
Frequency inverters of all types of Delta Electronics have RS485 serial interface and communicate in the Modbus RTU and Möbus ASCII communication protocol. Their setting can be done via the keypad on the frequency inverter or VFD Soft, which you can download for free at our website. The ISP Soft software is freely available on our site for PLC programming integrated with the VFD-E, VFD-CP2000 and VFD-C2000 frequency inverters.
