Delivery terms and delivery costs
Modesto commits to deliver the ordered goods to the customer within 7 business days of the order being paid or accepted by the seller if the payment is made by cash on delivery. If Moedsto does not have the goods physically in its warehouse (to be informed by the customer) and orders it with the supplier only upon customer's order, it undertakes to deliver the goods to the customer within 10 weeks of payment of the advance invoice.

Payment means the moment of payment of the payment to Modesto's account to which the payment was due. If the above delivery time is technically unfeasible, Moedsto undertakes to inform the customer without delay and, unless Modesto and the customer agree to deliver the goods within a substitute period, to provide other goods of the same quality and price, or otherwise Modesto undertakes to reimburse the customer for the price paid for the goods or the advance within 15 days in the same manner as that used for payment for the goods unless Modesto and the customer agree otherwise.
